Robert Park
PE Teacher
Robert Park teaches Elementary Physical Education for 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade students at Sperry Public Schools. He attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M and Northeastern State University and completed internships at Tahlequah and Grove.
Mr. Park has been part of Sperry Public Schools for 38 years and considers Sperry his home. What he enjoys most about his work is seeing the kids every day. He wants his students to understand that they are expected to work hard while also having fun. In PE, his goal is for students to get a good workout while enjoying the activities and learning to stay active.
Mr. Park describes his teaching style as a little “old school” and makes an effort to reach out to all of his students. He is grateful for the support of the Sperry community and the way it has welcomed and supported him and his family throughout the years.
Outside of school, Mr. Park enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and working on his ranch. One thing his students may not know about him is that he is scared of heights!
