Brad Crace

Science, Life Skills, and ACT Prep Teacher

Brad Crace teaches Biology, Life Skills, and ACT Prep and also coaches girls basketball and volleyball. He has been in education for 31 years, including the past five years at Sperry Public Schools. Mr. Crace graduated from Prue High School in Prue, Oklahoma, and attended East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, where he played intercollegiate baseball. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Education. Throughout his career, he has taught and coached at Verdigris, Cushing, Elgin, Coweta, Sperry, and Prue High Schools.

What Mr. Crace enjoys most about teaching and coaching is helping students get the most out of their abilities, both on and off the court. He strives to be someone who believes in his students and encourages them to believe in themselves. His classroom is known for being VERY cold. He tells his students on the first day of school that they better have a coat in the summer and a coat in the winter! He also believes his sense of humor and his jokes are part of what makes his teaching approach unique.

Outside of school, Mr. Crace enjoys hunting and fishing. He enjoys being part of Sperry Public Schools and the Sperry community because it is a hardworking, blue-collar community that reminds him of the background in which he grew up.
