Ryan White
Music Teacher
Ryan White has been an educator for 23 years, including the past 11 years at Sperry Public Schools. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. His teaching experience includes Aline-Cleo Public Schools and Haskell Public Schools.
What he enjoys most about teaching is the relationships he builds with his students. Mr. White wants his students to become better musicians while developing a lasting appreciation for music. He uses a variety of hands-on, kinesthetic learning methods and classroom instruments to keep students actively involved in the learning process.
Outside of school, Mr. White enjoys camping, watching OU football, and cheering on the OKC Thunder. He appreciates the connection that Sperry parents and the community bring to the many activities throughout the school. A fun fact about Mr. White is that he has a podcast about Bigfoot!
