Lauren Emery
Special Education Math and Career Explorations Teacher
Lauren Emery teaches Mathematics at the middle school and high school levels. She earned an Associate of Arts degree from Tulsa Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Northeastern State University, and a Master’s degree in Education in Curriculum and Instruction in Mathematics from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
What Mrs. Emery enjoys most about teaching is helping students be successful and making mathematics more accessible for all students. She enjoys finding ways to help students understand math and feel more confident in their abilities.
Outside of school, Mrs. Emery enjoys reading books, cooking, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys finding new math and reasoning activities to use with her students.
